Zoo Atlanta Family Pass
Zoo Atlanta – 800 Cherokee Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315 – (404) 624-5600The Zoo Atlanta Family Pass is valid for three general admission tickets and may not be used for fee-based events or programs. One pass is available for checkout at each ORKLS library branch.
How to Get the Pass:
Check out and watch the Atlanta Zoo DVD from your OKRLS library. Return the DVD to the desk, where you will receive a receipt; save the receipt for Zoo admission. The pass may be checked out only once per year, per card, per household. Pass may not be renewed or reserved.
The pass is good for seven days from the date of the receipt showing the return of the DVD. Not valid with any other discount, offer or promotion; may not be redeemed for cash.
- The pass receipt is redeemable Monday through Friday only.
- The pass is redeemable for three (3) free admissions.
- The pass is redeemable four weeks (28 days) from the date the pass was issued.
- Even though the Zoo has a timed ticketed system in place, they are allowing walk-up admissions for patrons using the Pass Receipt, so patrons do not have to go online to schedule a specific time and date to visit.

- There is a a $30 replacement fee if DVD is lost or damaged, in addition to any processing fees and overdue fines.
